Magpie x Hornsea Cat Tea Towel - Orange

Hornsea is a heritage Yorkshire brand and this cat tea towel is the perfect gift for any cat lover, or design enthusiast. The tea towel is part of a collaboration between Hornsea and Magpie and is made from a design which was originally drawn in the 1960/70s by John Clappison for Hornsea. Magpie have recreated this illustration from illustrations in the Hornsea Archive.

About Hornsea x Magpie

Yorkshire based Hornsea Potteries was founded in 1949 by brothers Colin &         Desmond Rawson. It quickly grew into one of the largest potteries in the world, employing over 700 people. 
This collaboration with Magpie allows the classic designs to continue to be 
celebrated and reach new audiences. The iconic drawings and designs by John Clappison have been reworked using the authentic Hornsea colours of the period.
